Perpustakaan Huda Assyifa dirintis bersamaan dengan berdirinya MAN Kota Magelang. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Agama RI Nomor 137 tanggal 11 Juli 1991 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Parakan Temanggung Filial di Kota madya Magelang menjadi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri ( MAN 1 ) Kota Magelang dan mulai tahun 1996 pindah di Jalan Raya Payaman Nomor 01 Telepone (029)369256.Jam Layanan Perpustakaan                                                                                         Senin - Kamis : 07.00 - 14.30                                                                                 Jumat             : 07.00 - 11.30                                                                             Sabtu              : 07.00 - 15.00
